SOME COMPANIES DON'T CARE

Like the title says some companies don't care about you. My mother came home and told me that at the end of this month she will no longer have a job and she has dedicated 20 plus years to this company. I don't understand how some companies can just cut workers who have been with the company that long and they just cut them like it's nothing. I think companies should try to keep their workers who have dedicated at least 10 or more years to the company if they have done everything they can then fine but to not try at all will anger a lot of people. I believe that one day soon people are gonna start speaking their mind to the companies where they have dedicated so many years to.
